One time, I had my confession in another parish (so, that's not where I regularly have my confession), and the confessor asked me, "among the sins that you mentioned, which one do you struggle with the most?". That question was super helpful in my meditation even after that particular confession and that guided me in my daily reflection. God bless that priest.
