And unlike you, I did years in Judo and it's the first thing you learn is to trap the arm because it will swing when you sweep the legs. Watch any video on Osoto Gari or Da Ashi, the arm is trapped to protect from the arm swing. No foul called because the video would have shown the 3rd hard foul by Mustard and your favorite racist would have been ejected.
