Jim Maone this is one of the best compliments I can ask for.
But the only reason I can do it is because people like you are willing to ask.

Do you know how this might relate to mobile prosthetics and orthotics? In particular how to you get around the required brick and mortar clinic requirement for being a medicare provider?

Thanks Tony! Your videos are a huge help! Why did you start with cash pay and then go to being in network with all of the providers? What would you recommend for someone starting out?

Thank you for all the information, did you answer the second part of question 2? Maybe i missed it. I was wondering about the 20% copay that "may" be covered by the secondary insurance.

Sorry, I must have missed it.
No, you do not need to enroll in each supplemental plan. Once Medicare pays its portion the claim will automatically forward to the supplemental and they will pay without you contracting with them.

Can you address pelvic floor physical therapy? I can't quite wrap my brain around how this might not be medically necessary and thus have to go through the Medicare hoops.
