@@iffatmansoor5589 The second option is quite plausible, but I would do something like everyone is tired (including william) of seeking revenge because it has been 50 years since the children disappeared and now they just want to rest in peace (including william, too) but they are still afraid to forgive him and anger for making them go through all that pain, but they slowly give in and understand that william felt the same pain of being trapped in an animatronic suit for over 30 years, thus forgiving him.
