This episode was so nice. It put a personality and a name to the narrator (Shawn, Shaun, which ever one it is) and the entire episode felt more human and relatable since there were many things that weren't scripted and it was very chill and relaxed. All in all, I loved this episode more than normal ones, so please keep up the good work Shawn or Shaun and Gaijin
gaijin i really need to know are you ever going to add dutch maps so we can play operation market garden with planes and defend bridges with tanks
I am Dutch and most of the maps will be flat lands whit water between them and some villages.
there's a man I occasionally fly with/ against in air RB. uncle creepy I think his name is, not really sure. he always flies a 20g. every time. says keyboard or something is broke. over 3k matches in a20g. played against him multiple times, only seen him die once. truly a legendary player.
I'm guessing that Shawn is a Warhammer 40k fan, that is cool to know

The best complaint I got from a WoT player is that they don't like one-shots being a thing in War Thunder.
In WT you need skill not luck to win.

Juan Pablo Mayer I doubt it. They ported them from already existing models in Apache Air Assault, which was made with the same engine as War Thunder.

Might as well, drop one of my most amazing experience in the game here. It was a long time ago, I believe it was in Mozdok but I forgot which mode. I was started with one of the Panzer IV, fighting against the Soviets. It was a tough battle, and I was killed, but I had enough points to spawn in my Tiger H1, and I did. I drove up to a small hill, near the river and start sniping the enemies. They took notice, and about 3 of them start shooting back. My tracks and transmission was disabled, so I thought I'm a goner. But to my surprise, all their shots either bounced or just did minor damage. And for some reason, the entire enemy team actually stopped their advances, and start shooting at me, probably thinking I am a free kill. They didn't. I manage to hold the hill for almost 5 minutes, while my teammates arrived to take out the distracted enemies, and the timer ran out and we won by points.

Also Japan is not so proud since I messed up the map name and probably confused the hell out of the Thunder show's team. Yes it wasn't Peleliu cause there is no B point there, it was Saipan ... nevertheless thank you for picking my story and keep up the great work, your shows are amazing !

Hello! I am a random guy and i used to play War Thunder. Lately i've had problems with my computers efficiency, so i couldn't play War Thunder properly. Lag spikes when diving and all that weird stuff. I tried it with the minimum graphic settings, but i just couldn't. My eyes died.
I am planning on buying a new, good computer.

Functional nightvision? The Panther II already has the device on top, you just need to add the feature.
The balance should not be too hard, the range was only 600 meters. Not sure on the battery life
Panther II was never produced. It's only prototype. Nightvision system was mounted on special, adapted version of Panther ausf. G. And only about 50 nightvision systems are mounted on tanks. It has range 400 meters, not 600. Batteries probably doesn't matter, if engine is working. And about game, i didn't see any opportunity to make this weapon useful.

i dont really know what the 3 inches means, like is it bore or armor thickness or what? no matter how much armor u slap on a flat surface, a steel projectile travelling 2600-3200 fps is gonna go through at a 90 degree angle. the russians learned that with the kv2.

I remember an arcade battle I had on Karelia in the early days of ground forces. It was a single point objective at the top of the map, I was using my trusty KV-1 L11. I was the only member of my team playing objective. When I got there, an enemy KV-1 L11 had also just arrived, we both drove up to each other, tracks touching, guns blazing and shells bouncing. We danced around in circles for minutes until eventually we called a truce and both parked back to back inside the capture point and started obliterating each other's teams when they tried to get to us.
I only wish I could access that saved replay today and meet that brave warrior who I fought against/alongside that day.

Bigfish821 some translations are off. Accords bet. feminin and masculin sometimes reversed, same with plural and singural. Kinda annoying for a French guy.

Best match I was in had to be in the Hs 129B-3 in Air RB. It was down to me and a Bf 109G against at least 5 enemy players, and with some exceptional teamwork, we won. Have the footage saved somewhere.

Can smoke rounds kill other tanks? Or shoot down planes?
Smoke rounds won't be able to kill tanks (unless luck) but they will be able to shoot down planes, if you aim the SU-76M correctly at the plane in Test Drive it will shoot down the plane.
Trevino Wieler i killed an aa with a smoke round. it completely demolished his engine and everything near it. I'm sure a td or open top vehicle could easily die to a smoke round.
Oh didn't know that because test drive doesn't have any AA or low tier TDs *clears throat* GAJIN

Hey War Thunder please nerf the IS-6 and the britains. It's too strong fot this game. When I'm playing the Germans in rank 6.7 I have no chance against a IS-6 or a Strv 81. It's not funny anymore Gaijin please I gave you a lot of money in the past so please nerf the Allies or buff the Germans.

In one arcade match a year ago on white rock fortress, I panicked when a tank came around the corner of the inner castle. I slammed my brakes on and fired a shot out, but it missed. Then I recognized the marker above it designated it as a friendly ai tank. Luck however was not on my side. The shot I fired earlier in panic then struck and killed a friendly spaa. Safe to say neither of us had a good match.

I remember being in my Bf109E and dogfighting with two other combatants. Both being American Jugs. I managed to get to tear the wing off of one and I was on the tail off the other before he managed to out turn me and got on my tail. I thought I was a goner when I saw another Jug diving straight in front of me. I thought I could get one more kill before going down so I pulled up and sprayed every single round at him. It didn’t kill him but as I dived down I noticed that he rammed into his friend. I didn’t complain before landing my plane.
Why don't you re-implement the 1 man tank crew can fight thing? It was so great.

also how can 1 tank man reload the gun, fire the gun, drive the tank, fire the machine guns, and spot enemy tanks.

but how can he drive a tank which he would need his hands for, and reload a gun which he would need his hands for and shoot the MG which he would need his hands for all at the exact same time.
