As I was listening one thing caught my attention. When they conquered persia they saw and touched silk for the very first time? Mecca was a trading city with a lot of chinese silk passing through its bazaar. Not sure that they saw silk for the first time in persia, my dear brother
It’s figuratively speaking because they used to touch silk but they were never able to keep it or wear it, now they were able to touch it for the first time and do what ever they wanted

There’s no evidence to be shown. When something isn’t mention as halal OR haram - it becomes permissible by default. In this case, it’s not music that has been made haram, but musical instruments and women voices chanting.
