DD193 is SO inspirational. Please watch the full video below. It's GREAT. Our dictation is tough because of background music...BUT, if you have an American friend, you might have to talk to them when there is a lot of background noise! So it is good practice. Watch the video below^^

Hello coach, Is the sentence "I see no lettuce" grammatically bad written?. as far as I know, one can't use two negations within the same sentence, isn't it? I don't see any lettuce or I see no lettuce. am I wrong?
finding the word "refried" was very funny for me, refried comes from "refritos" that is only used in Mexico and this word is grammatically terrible haha , it's a recipe, a kind of Mexican beans squashed and fried. "delicious"

Yes, I forgot to type "I". Should be "and if I don't hold these up". Also not sure about the words at the end. "this incredible result with you". I can hear "this incredible" but what comes after that is very tough to recognize. I was almost guessing.

About the Reflied Beans.The name is based on a mistranslation: in Mexican Spanish, the prefix re is an informal form of emphasis meaning "very" or "well", which has been confused with the English re and the most common use of the Spanish (Latin) prefix re outside Mexico, which more often indicates repetition. Thus, frijoles refritos really means "well-fried beans", not "refried beans".
