Lol! I remember my welita would cook in the kitchen and it was a furnace. We all stayed outside and played with the water hose. In deep south Texas it's hotter than hell. She was unfazed. I miss her almondigas 😢. She was the best cook ever!

During the summer over 100 easily but the winter 50s 40s and sometimes even 30s during the day with wind chill. Never rains in the summer and in the winter it rains nonstop.
