1. Crispy Tortilla Chips
2. Eggs - Mix in with the tortilla chips
3. Sauce - Mix in with the tortilla chips and eggs
4. Mix all together in a frying pan
Toppings:
1. Mexican Sour Cream
2. Mexican Queso Fresco or Queso Duro
3. Onion
4. Cilantro
5. Frijoles Pintos or Frijoles Negros Refritos - Pinto Beans or Black Beans Refried
