Dr. Charles Stanley is a gift from God!!!! He always brings a word of confirmation for me. I prayed about something this morning and this sermon popped up answering the question that I asked God. Thank you God for answered prayers and thank you for gifting us with Dr. Charles Stanley!

And you know what? I 100% agree with you! Because what you just said happens to me over and over again when I read his word hoping for an answer. And I cannot even think of any time where I've listened to one of Dr Charles Stanley sermons and did not get then answer or many answers to my questions, peace when I am troubled, and the feeling of knowing that I really am listening to my father. And oh so much more! I'm so glad that you made this comment because I started to realize this about maybe 6 to 8 months ago. This 12 months or so with my life has been especially hard. Yet no matter what I go through when I take the time to pray and read his word to have some of the most amazing conversations with my Father I know I'm listening to the truth. And when I don't I have almost a physical feeling of turmoil inside. I did not realize that during some of the most turbulent storms of my life had I turned to the teachings of Jesus and the truth things would have been way less stressful for me! I actually allowed pain into my life by not always being in close contact with God! :-( sometimes I would go to. The time where there was very little contact with my heavenly father my Lord Jesus. Doubting that I truly had the Holy Spirit In me me even the smaller problems seem like huge tidal waves of anxiety and torment. When I put the effort into the Lord, the effort to pray for faith to do my"Bible studies", to pray for his will and not mine, do not be afraid to speak up for being a Christian, burdens are way less heavy! I like listening to Dr Charles Stanley because I feel the truth is being spoken directly to me, God's truth-what man feels should be God's truth. Or whomever he or she thinks is the creator of the moment. The love of God is so precious! I feel that sense of peace that I feel from nothing else I've done, or learned or followed or anything else here on Earth. I truly hate the times that I unwittingly allowed Satan to get into a crack in an area that I never would have thought he could use, before long realizing that yet again he had got me to doubt, to sin in small ways, only for the doubts and sins to grow like weeds! It's very easy to allow the door to open a little at a time before it is wide open 😭 you would think that by now I would be able to spot the devil and his demons a mile away!!!!! I'm saved, and there's nothing the evil one can do to change that fact, he can't change the fact that I will be going to heaven one day! But he can still wreak havoc in the life if someone who has made that commitment! He can keep those of us who have accepted Jesus as our Savior from witnessing to others and therefore obeying the Lord's desires for our lives. So let's all pray for each other! Let's pray that those who have not given their lives to Jesus come to do so! Let's pray that we don't fall victim to the sneaky ways that Satan uses to get a foothold in our lives. Let's pray that we try hard to obey his commandments. Let's pray for any doubts to be extinguished and for Faith to grow and grow!!!!!!
Dear God, please forgive me for those times that I've sinned against you! You are so awesome and you never hold my sins against me! Help me to constantly stay in your presence, and to be vigilant about this! And I asked for this for all your children! In Jesus's name! Amen! ❤️🙋🤗😇🙋

In my early years of search for the Lord, I was fortunate to find Dr. Stanley on the radio back in the 80’s. It started my journey walk and I am ever so grateful to Dr. Stanley. I was pulled in and I started to feel God and His love in my heart. Dr. Stanley I will see you in heaven when the time comes. After giving Jesus a Huge hug and kiss, I’ll come and give you a big hug and tell Jesus what a great job you did reeling in this fish 😇😄😇😄😇. Love you Dr. Stanley. I am close to the Lord. I still love listening to you and always will. ♥️

March of 1997 when I stumbled on Dr. Charles Stanley on TV. I was hooked, I started watching him and started taking down notes. I learned a lot from him. One is, that once saved always saved, what a astonishing truth that gave me assurance. Thanked God for Charles!
I love watching this man as he speaks with no notes, only his Bible in his hands as he always does. I get out of this message that it is God's nature to love me unconditionally. It's about God and who He is, it's not about me.

I've been listening to these sermons for a few months now and it suddenly occurred to me why Pastor Stanley's words should resonate with me so much. As the old proverb says; when the student is ready, the teacher will appear. I am so grateful that the Lord has forgiven me and shown me the way. Sometimes, it is a privilege to kneel.
