But from my personal opinion, it never cross my mind to stay at JB Sentral area, because it’s quite easy to do day trip (unless you’re doing family vacation which involves many people).

This is the site of the former Kotaraya bus terminal. In the past, all interstate & s'pore buses terminates here before shifting to Larkin.
Oh no wonder aeroline bus JB starts from that site.
