make sure that you set the company country and customer country as saudi arabia, also set vat for the company

it depends on the user language set if user set to Arabic invoices will be print RTL

Please guide me in setting up the Bank account which is not registered in the Odoo software, i have raised the ticket yesterday but until now no reply. i want to add bank details in the invoice

Irony of odoo is they didnt have multiple report template for KSA Tax and now our customers asking to change template fields position specificaly logo placement which is very small on header while there is blank space beside QR Code.
Also for POS template is so basic and need to update whole invoice design...when you give solution then provide proper solution not like this just creating QR code is not enough...pathetic

Never recommend anyone to use their services.
1) Poor or no technical documentation at all
2) No technical Support from offical odoo team even you are on paid version.
3) If you stuck somewhere in middle of intgeration or technical stuff then you are on your own.
4) No articles and community support at all

When contacting Odoo in June 2022 they promised ZATCA V2 will make the deadline and now our Odoo account manager informs us that Odoo did not even start working on it. I understand the V2 specs are difficult to implement but lying to a entire nation is next level evil, you know that people will end up in jail or need to close there business because of your lies right?
