Flat white is so underrated. Very educative video on the definition of flat white. Maybe you should make a video on the various differences of cortado, flat white, latte etc.
Hi Mithilesh, I'm a home brewer based in Mumbai I have a question, almost all cafes I've visited use cow milk from a tetra pack which is the worst-tasting dairy option you can have. Why don't cafes use buffalo milk instead, it is creamier, sweeter, & in general, enhances the flavor of the coffee. It would cost a mere 15-20 rupees more per liter
hey! good point - i too am not a fan of tetra packs. buffalo milk at times would mask the coffee flavour ( at times). i believe that supply chain in india is pretty good and also every city has good milk that compliments coffee - pricing be little higher still you can recover if you operate systematically and for quality i believe people pay well too
Really sorry for spamming this but I’m really stubborn 😶 Can you make a kaldipress vs aeropress video cauz its a much cheaper option and made in India product, it claims to have the same design etc but does it actually give the same results? I've read a lot of reviews and they all say it works just the same and its less than half the price PS I see a lot of content from @JamesHoffmann and I really think you have quality videos and you can occupy this niche here
hey hey! i will do this - happy to source the kaldipress :) ps- thanks a tonne! honestly i do not watch is wonderful work reason being it may influence our thought process.
