I love how Case likes to include chat in the games he plays, but listen... for the Sims you need to do your own thing and play it your way. Too many different opinions will make the game unenjoyable.
Plus I can tell like half the chat has never played the sims before when alot of them were suggesting you move to Newcrest which is a completely empty world 💀

That part!! I could literally tell that some of them never played before. Plus they are trolling so hard in this video. Right after he bulldozed the lot they started spamming “KEEP IT”. Like there’s way too many different opinions going on here 😭😭
@@zoom_power1 he asks for the chat's input on certain things, so thats on him. he should know that everyone has different opinions and everyone will still say them because thats literally how a stream works. its on him to decide himself or get ideas from the chat.

Hey Caseoh,
I’ve been playing The Sims for a long time, and there’s nothing more I’d like than to help you out. It’s a bit painful to watch you struggle, especially when chat isn’t being very helpful, so here are a few tips that might make things easier:
• Wall Visibility: The icon in the top right corner with two walls and a floor adjusts how many walls you want to be shown. You can choose to have no walls, some walls (though it’s random which ones), or all walls shown. This applies to both Live Mode and Build Mode.
• Camera Controls: The camera icon on the top right lets you adjust the view. In Live Mode, you can choose between the Sims 3 camera and the Sims 4 camera. I suggest sticking with the Sims 4 camera. In Build Mode, you can use the Sims 3, Sims 4, or Bird’s Eye View (press ‘T’). If you’re using the Sims 3 camera, pressing the ‘Ctrl’ button while moving up and down lets you tilt the camera.
• Sims at Work: When your Sims are at work, you can go to their icon in the bottom left corner, click the two little people, and choose options like “Work Hard,” “Socialize,” and more.
• Pregnancy Test: After you WooHoo, you can have Katrina take a pregnancy test if you haven’t already. Click on her character icon to switch control to her sim, then click on the toilet, and the option should appear.
• Gallery Builds: For nice builds that are budget-friendly, go to the gallery and search for “lilsimsie” under EA accounts. She has some cool residential lots and builds on her profile.
• Moving the House: To move the house, click the plus/cross icon in Build Mode (in the middle of the screen), and then click the house icon underneath the move button. Make sure the house icon is selected (it should be green) After that, click on the actual house itself. You’ll see the undo, redo, and the plus/cross sign appear next to the house, allowing you to move and rotate it. You had it the last time, you just needed to click the move button.
• Free Placement: If you want to place objects more freely, press the Alt key while placing them. This allows you to move objects more precisely.
I hope these tips help make your gameplay smoother and more enjoyable! I can provide more tips if need be! Maybe next time, I can give advice about Mods and Custom Content (very easy to download). Whicked Whims will get you ban if you downland the animations but that’s another conversation :) Happy Simming!

Caseoh’s chat is literally the worst. When he tried to buy a house they keep saying no. And when caseoh got a trailer park which by his body language he liked. The chat kept saying eww and forced him to bulldoze it. Like stop trying to control a game that you are not playing.

When Case bought the Trailer Park he bought it completely out of his instinct. Like Streamer Instinct. He knew he could make this fun and enjoyable and entertaining for the millions of viewers. It was a decision made completely naturally and it was the only purchase he made without listening to "chat". It was the best purchase of the day and it was the best part of the video. And it was a best laugh I had watching a RUclips Gamer. The horrible crowd in the chat decided to be "mother-in-law-uber-Lilith" and had to kill the fun. The worst kind of chat there is. Nagging and Complaining.

It’s hard to watch these videos when you are constantly waiting to see what chat has to say. I wish you’d just play the game how you want. Still read chat and interact but maybe cut back on listening to everything. Just enjoy the game. It seems sometimes like you just want to make chat happy… which is very wholesome, but can be annoying to some viewers, and upsetting to us to see you not do what you want. Love you case :)

ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS IS ANOTHER EPISODE OF Life of CaseOh 🥺 I DREAM of a triumphant return, where CaseOh establishes creative dominance and reclaims that perfect trailer park ! It's LITERALLY PERFECT for storytelling, and parasocially I thought it was really sweet how your immediate thought was building a huge family group and keeping your kids around. I'm imagining a cinematic ending, with elderly rich master Chef CaseOh dying surrounded by his 6 wives and 47 loving adult children in their commune.
My FAVORITE parts of the series were when Case was excited and actually CREATING personally. Just shut down chat's min-max chirping and focus on your storytelling and actual having fun CASEOH PLEASE

@@shinykakuna2737thanks to a glitch in my game, I can attest that they just stand at the spawn point, invisible, until work ends.
My game glitches so if I leave the lot with another sim and return the sim at work is no longer hidden. And I can actually see them standing there frozen at the spawn point outside the house until their shift ends haha
I miss this series, he didn't play Sims for a month now, every day I come back to check if he uploaded a new episode. Idk if he got bored, or the chat made him give up. I will keep coming back tho

Yes he is making money from his videos but that does not mean that chat should dictate every single thing. A similar thing happened with Markiplier whilst he was trying to play Undertale. People would not SHUT UP about how he should play it and that ruins the enjoyment of the game for the person playing it.
The sims is ABOUT doing basically whatever YOU want. It is painful to see him give up a house HE Liked just because the chat was not happy with it.
Also seeing this made me not want to watch this episode because of how Caseoh let chat play the game for him which is too painful to watch. Something like that ruins the experience for other people watching and even worse, the person trying to play the game itself.

Chat telling you how to play the game even though they haven't is rude, and it just ruins your experience. I also saw that you had some trouble with build mode (chat wasn't helpful at all) so here's some tips and controls for build mode
Controls VV
Click: place
Click+drag: rotate, then place
Left alt: free move / free rotate, then place
Brackets: scale up/down
0 / 9: raise and lower items
F5: quarter building increments
Ctrl+shift+C: open/close cheats menu
Tips VVV
1 Use the cheat menu and type bb.moveobjects to place objects anywhere, this can help so that you can save as much space as possible in tight areas
2 Use the furniture icons on the bottom left to easily navigate between categories. The chair in a room button lets you see items made for specific rooms, the chair button lets you browse all items in subcategories. The box is your build mode inventory
3 Don't listen to chat, because they have no idea what they are doing and they are unintentionally (?) just messing you up
I really hate it when Caseoh can have options on things, and that bc the chat is so trash that he's actually right, they are literally so hateful and picky with things and so bossy as if Case is not allowed to have his own decision. Like if you really want that house then play the game yourself, you dont have to confuse & frustrate someone else that has taste too.
Pls Case, dont always listen to the chat, they came to see how you play so they should accept it. They're not playing your game, U R playing it, so pls just do whatever you like & want. Btw all the jobs in the Sims 4 are rabbit holes aka they're just invisible places your sim goes to. Katrina wasn't cheating and chat was lying about where she works. You would have to buy the "get to work" expansion pack to go to actually see your sim work but it's only for 3 jobs - detective, doctor, or scientist. Also the "get famous" pack, you can go to work with your sim through the actor career (which is pretty fun imo).
For real! My game has a glitch right now where if I leave and return while a sim is at work they won’t be “hidden” when I come back.
Like their icon is still greyed out but you’ll see them standing frozen at the spawn point near the house 😂

Case you can customize Kitty!
There are two ways:
When you load into the game, before loading into your household, you can click “Manage households” and then click “edit household”
or
when you are in game (this requires cheats),
1. Press Shift+Control+C to open the cheat console box (upper left of your screen).
2. Type “testingcheats on” in the box and press enter.
3. Type “cas.fulleditmode” then press enter.
4. Shift-Click on the Sim.
5. Select the option “Modify in CAS” on the pop-up pie menu.
6. Then click on Kitty and you should be able to customize her
This VOD is sort of a hard watch. I'm starting to think that he should just hide chat. These crybabies are really starting to annoy me and other viewers. Like, are you the ones in control here? No. I can't imagine he can concentrate well on the game with them dictating his every move. The loss of the trailer lot is devastating. In any case, this has been a fantastic series so far.

"i'm about to start tweaking" - is clicking every single button on the screen and keyboard EXCEPT the rotate arrows. - For future reference Case, click 'Move House' and click the house. It'll show the left pointing arrow, the cross-like arrows, and the right pointing arrow. The pointing arrows are for rotating the house, the cross-like arrow is for moving the house on the lot. As long as you click 'move house' and not 'move lot', you can adjust the house to be front facing

Doing a free for all stream as a newbie player is wild and I feel so bad for him. Half those people didn’t even know how to play the sims either. Idk if polls can still be posted even if chat is blocked, but that could be one way to still get watcher input without having them spam the chat with useless and contradictory stuff.
As a seasoned sims plays (since sims 3), I hope you see this and consider reviving the series. But if not, I understand that chat was so out of line. ❤

You have endless options for your storyline that you can do that shouldn't involve the chat in my opinion. If you like a house you should get it, if you want a different job you should go ahead and get a new one.
