@Szadek R. Si, yo llevo uno dentro de la Veshmesok para proteger la espalda y otra con la manta por fuera como un bedroll. De ese modo es mas sencillo al menos para mi
hermosa experiencia en el monte sola, haciendo una paila y comiendo con hambre.

@@JaneDoe-oi5gp I spent a lot of time up in the back country of Maine in the 80's and 90's. Far more wilder then I am sure. Had my home in Boston for 20 years. Traveled to the woods and mountains of Vermont, Maine and New Hampshire every chance I had to do some camping. I learned that I love winter camping just as much. Less people around. Be nice to hear if you do any bushcrafting up in Maine. Thanks for sharing.

I just came across your video. Absolutely loved it. If you think about it, this world is pretty small, when we can be connected by something so basic, regardless of cultural differences. I'm 68, and a couple of years ago, started getting away from "traditional" camping, and began adapting a few bushcraft skills and methods. So number #1 I am amazed at all of the thing she made while she was in the woods. I thought is she making a bowl...Yaas!!! and then she used it. Fantastic skills. My hats off to you lady well done!! All of the tools she had that were all in that backpack...HOW...and WOW. talk about organized packing...and then the clean up like she had never been there...Mind blown!!

If I had to pick just one word to describe your videos it would be "soothing". I could watch them for hours. Your camping style and gear bring back fond memories of camping in my youth before the age of light-weight synthetic materials. Canvas, heavy cotton, and wool were the materials of tents, clothing, and sleeping gear. Boots were all leather. Tools were made of heavy steel with wooden handles. Canteens, containers, and utensils were metal. Meals were of raw ingredients that you prepared at camp - - - no freeze-dried or pre-cooked convenience foods. It's good to see some young people like you choosing to preserve these old materials and methods. I was also very impressed with your wood-working skills. Thanks for sharing them.

Have never felt so at home and an integral part of everything as I do when I am in the wilderness. No need to be politically correct, only the need to be knowledgeable and energetic enough to survive. What could have more meaning or bring more personal satisfaction. It is not easy and not always comfortable, but always rewarding. The earth, the trees, the water, the wind, the day, the night.........and all the life moving in it's own natural environment. Harshly honest. And perennial. It is delightful to watch you making your way out there and practicing your skills and putting your knowledge and energy to the tasks at hand. Thank you.

Just got back from 2 nights solo in the woods. Wish I’d seen that trick with the bow saw before I went. Great tip. Undercut off to the side and the log doesn’t fall on your saw or hand.
