To see that once Queen was supposed to be really scary and more menacing that Queen is quite something. I like the track's sorrowful yet pixel tune.
Seems like King and Queen used to be a lot closer tone-wise. Which, looking at some of Queen's concept art, I get. You can see the point that Toby started leaning into the silly stuff (the quotes he makes up on the spot like "I'm everybody's ex wife" and "Don't mess with people who have rainbow eyes [gets rainbow eyes]" are a telltale sign of that). Love the way her character went in the end.

Funny how, when we got to hear King's original theme It was less intimidating than the final "Chaos King" we got in-game, more fitting of his threatening menace. And now that we got the beta version of Queen's theme, a character comparately sillier than King, It sounds far more menacing that the final "Attack of The Killer Queen", or even King's own theme!

Honestly, a part of me wishes he went with the more serious and sinister direction with Queen. I like Queen as she is now, but honestly having some more stakes in chapter 2 (aside from the weird route) would’ve been nice as well.
