- so after searching for homes in berry avenue a few days ago, I decided to finally recreate one in bloxburg today! there's some differences since we're in different games, but it's mostly as accurate as I could make it
total value of the house was around 217k!

Tip : if you have dead space with windows in it put a basic shape inside of the window and paint it black so no one can tell unless they / you disable roofs

another tip- when ur making like a basic shape roof with the wooden planks both rlly extend it to the middle of the wall do the same with the other side and u don’t have to make a plank in the middle and it won’t look like something is sticking out
to add on you can also put like a greenery area that just… cannot be accessed lol

video idea: you should make a house backwards (like the back of the house is facing the front and the front is facing the back of the house, and if you can make the intrerior backwars idk how you would do that and keep up the good videos!)

I'm starting on my project for this year and I'm building a farmhouse I think and now with the transformation plus tool it's going to help me with my building skills but it can't save me from my poor landscaping skills lol.

Peetah, to make your windows more dance, you can use the structural rods and place it across or up & down! I just learned that last Friday
