Keep trying to convince people a townhouse with silly condo fees is a good deal at half a million. Realtors are just plain ridiculous. Calgary unemployment rates and high house hold debt isnt going to sustain this over inflated market. Get over yourself.
@@LisaSmith-i9c Get over myself? Who am I trying to convince of what? We listed it and it sold for $20k over asking. I get it - prices are high, and they’ve went up a lot. It sucks. But If you think realtors set prices then you might not really understand the market. It’s a free market between a willing seller and a willing buyer. If I couldn’t ‘convince’ you that it’s a good deal, is everyone else buying stupid? You don’t think they check the data? The stats? The comparables? Homes that are overpriced don’t sell, and realtors can’t sell a home to someone who doesn’t want to buy one.
It's sad that a tiny townhouse is now considered a steal at half a million dollars.
You clearly never lived in a "tiny" space. LoL
@RABBOD I have, but would never buy a tiny space, I have rented a tiny space, but wouldn't want to invest in a house this small for that price.
@christinag5938 that makes sense.
This city is going bananas. That is not worth more than 280k 😒
thats not worth 470K this market is fucked
Bro, you are joking, right? This tiny townhouse was worth at most 300K in 2020.
And in 1970 it would probably cost 20k.
I paid 380k in GP and have twice the house
You’re in GP…

Affordable??? You people are out to lunch! It's a townhouse!
Half a million dollars is not affordable you and these prices are out of touch
@@StarLitShow you’re right, it’s not affordable for everyone. It’s relative to other properties values / that’s what I meant
@@BradMcCallumrelative to what?? Vancouver and Toronto? Why don't you compare calgary to Manhattan too? 😂😂😂
@@That90sShow I literally did that in this video lol. But comparing one major canadian to other Canadian cities is fair
Why are you comparing to Manhattan?
This is not the states?
Nor is it Vancouver or Toronto?
