- Honda CD 70 carburetor idle Mixture adjustment. in this video i am going to show you how to adjust idle air fuel mixture of honda cd70 otherwise known carburetor petrol setting. i am going to use balance the air fuel mixture method for this purpose. you can use this method to tune any cd70 motorcycle idle mixture specially honda motorcycles or there 70cc motorcycle chinese replica.
note: you will need to adjust carburetor idle mixture 4 times in a year whenever weather changes.
also use choke if motorcycle don't start in winter. and make sure that carburetor piolet jet is cleaned before adjusting idle mixture.

Normally missing bohot zada ya kaam fuel engine ko feed kerne se hoti hai.
Ye following cheezain check kerain
1: air filter housing ya lota 2 pieces my hota hai.or wo main lote par jo slot hoti hai us par usay fix kerte hain. Ager wo zada agay ki terf push kerain to air filter lote k pipe k sorakh k agay ajata hai or air block ker deta hai. Jiss se missing start ho jati hai. To air filter lote k do pieces ko un par mojod slot par adjust kerain
2: carburetor ko or jets ko carburetor cleaner se clean kerain.
3: spark plug gap ko 0.6 - 0.7mm ke dermiyaan adjust kerain.
4: magnet coil par small magne piece hota hai or pulsar coil k dermiya fasle ko ek business card jita adjust kerain
5: carburetor slide k clip ko sardiyon my 4th position par rakh ker chalain or gaemiyon my 3rd position par.
6: carburetor k agay pipe par rubber k chale hote hain ager wo kharab hai to replace kerain. Or pipe k dosre end par jain hoti hai usay check kerain ager wo kharab hai to usay bhi tabdeel ker dain
7: peteol wale valve k oper or nee he fuel filter laga hota hai usay saaf kerain
8: aksar engine timing gear ko galat laga dia jata hai us se bhi missing start ho jati hai.
Ye tamaam cheezain missing ki wajohat banti hai. Inain check kerain missing in ki waja se hi hoti hai

Idle problem ki ye wajoohat hain
1: carburetor or slow jet ki carburetor cleaner se safae kerain
Meri carburetor cleaning ki video dekhain us my detail hai safai se mutalik.
2: engine or carburetor k beech my pipe hota hai. Uk ki ek side par rubber ki seal hoti hai. Or dosri terf paper ki dono seal change kerain.
Iss se idle par bad hone wali or jab engine garam hota hai to idle speed change hoti rehti hai wo problem khatam ho jai gi.
Wese thora bohot idle ki spees teez ho jati hai jab engine thori deer chal ker garam ho jata hai tab. Ye normal hai ager zada farak ata hai tab oper dia method apply kerain.
Sardiyon my thande engine se awaaz ati hai its normal.
Ap sardiyon 20w-40 or garmiyon my 20w-50 engine oil use kerain. Awazain kaam ho jain gi.

Nahi ye air screw hai. Ise loose kerne se air zada add hoti hai. Air screw k case my Petrol ki ek fix amount ati hai. Us my air mix kerni hoti hai. Jiss k liye ye screw dia hota hai.
Non euro model my fuel mix screw hota hai. Usay loose kerne se fuel zada hota hai.
Fuel screw ki nishani us ki tip bareek hoti hai. Kapre seene wali Sui ki terhan
