I lived in Houston and Humble from 2005 until 2014....and I always had great luck finding 1/64th scale cars. Especially at Toys r Us....man...they used to have lots of everything!! Great town to find really cool cars!!

If I buy anything other than HW I usually pay a premium for them off ebay with prohibitive overseas shipping at twice what I pay for an individual model just in postage. It's always amazing to see your Hobby Lobbys and Walmarts stacked to the rafters in all brands of diecast.

hwslabkrusher 2020 I’m in the piedmont triad area. Winston-Salem to be exact . I have had the most Luck with the 2 Walmarts here recently. Both Target stores are very hit and miss. Hobby Lobby here never really has anything. There’s a collectible store “Chester’s Collectibles” but he’s got mostly older stuff . Nothing recent there but some cool older stuff. You should scoop on one of those baja bronco model kits if you havent already. Something about it just seems to have the right element of something to grab now and stash away for 20 years Ive got one in the kit stash but thinking about a few more .
