I literally grew up with these guys on the radio... crazy to see them eulogize their joint years on WFAN together. I've listened to this station from 9/11 to Super Storm Sandy and this is truly the end of an era! Best of luck to these guys, the radio station and NY/NJ sports! ..and nobody cares about hockey, Boomer lol
I disagree with Boomer on many of the social/political issues. But I appreciate his POV. He’s a class act carrying the station through Craig and Mike’s first departures. His work helping those with CF is inspirational. What he said and did for Joe is pure class! ALL THE LOVE BRO!
I remember when 1050 WFAN first went on the air. Joe came a few years later. But it has been an amazing time and was an amazing era. Times are changing and the voices are changing but the heart and soul of WFAN is still there and It lives on with the listeners and callers. Hopefully the the present radio crew can hold the line and continue the tradition of the greatest sports radio station in the world. First time, long time.
