I'm a double dipper (lol) so I wear as much designer as I wear high end niche stuff and I pretty much agree with all of them except Naxos. I got flack for it, some people found it animalic/funky. Guessing it's the honey being divisive. Red Tobacco could be divisive too but as long as you apply it and let it dry for a few minutes, you'll be just swell.
Niche scents are too expensive for me, but there are 2 really good ones I just have to get. Both are from "Simone Andreoli". Leisure in Paradise and Malibu - Party in the bay.
While we are on the subject of niche fragrances who’s keeping creed in business because I went and smelled some but at the price they’re asking I’m not interested 😂 most I’d pay for the aventus I smelled would be like 100🤷♂️ don’t shoot me just my opinion… I wasn’t around in the original formula days but 300 plus for that is wild to me
ok... so I am still new to fragrance lingo... what's the difference from designer and niche? is it price? I thought Mancera, PDM, Kilian were considered designers... Sorry if this is basic, again, I am barely breaking into the fragrance world
Designer means the fragrance is made by a brand focused on making clothing, purses, shoes etc. Niche means they’re strictly about fragrances, and they’re a brand that’s only known for or specialized in just that one area. At the end of the day, whether it’s niche or designer, the perfumer who created the scent is most important IMO. And you’ll notice that too. When you start piling up scents you love, and notice certain perfumers are what you prefer. It’ll be more about WHO created the scent, rather than the house that branded it. 👍
@@Q_N-I agree with that take. I’ll add that the approach to the scent is important too. Niche - artistic and very specific approach to crafting a scent for a particular audience or purpose. And that approach can be taken with a Designer release.
Niche also typically use a higher price point for creating their scents (not always). Designers also typically focus on mass appeal rather than being daring. The first post used the most common way to define niche vs designer. Some companies (like Tom Ford) have their higher priced fragrances lumped in with niche by RUclipsrs because of price.
Frag com snobs need to realize that the average Joe does not have the resources to buy a ton of non versatile niche fragrances. All a fragrance needs to do is smell good and perform well. That's why I will always advocate for designer. Most people don't care that "the fragrance doesn't evolve" or "it's boring and overplayed". We buy what we can afford and what works.
You know, you really dont have to pump up videos after videos on daily basis. We are good with lesser videos but higher quality, honestly. You have 2 channels now, new set…but video ideas are getting stale tbh. Really, you dont have to upload daily. Nobody needs videos about frags everyday
Just amazing videos, keep it going mate!
Great video with some great choices in there and I enjoyed it and have a blessed day
💯% bangers! I love every one of these. Price wise, some are harder to swallow, but I don’t mind supporting houses I love. 💪
Love these vids!!!
The only reason why we don't love'em is the price!
Designers getting up in price too

Nice choice. All 7 are super
The Red Tobacco opening smells like Robitussin to me 😅
there we go! i knew it was familiar! it smelled like cherry dry erase marker to me at first
Market fresh vids bro!! Thanks for the daily uploads. 😊😊
I like niche fragrance way more than designer but I just don't find most wearable
I personally prefer hacivat to creeds aventus. Both definitely will get you compliments.
And they are similar but different of that makes sence lol . I own both and I only wear Aventus in really special occasions.
Niche scents are too expensive for me, but there are 2 really good ones I just have to get. Both are from "Simone Andreoli". Leisure in Paradise and Malibu - Party in the bay.
I've gotten 120ml Mancera's for $55. Designer flankers have literally gotten more expensive than niche over the last 3 years.
Xerjoff Naxos is definitely inspired by pure havane. If u say no then same goes for Mancera cedrat Boise

Agreed.
Thank you Ash.
I have them except Montabaco and Roja. I don't typically like Blue.

@@SmellsAddicteday this point.. creed too
@Q_N- how about the fragrances made by car manufacturers? I've seen some made by Bentley, Mercedes etc...
I found red tabbacco enjoyable but honestly challanging. Its nuclear. To me the opening was all cinnimon and the drydown was mainly OUD
Let me be the unpopular one but Layton had this one note on my skin on the drydown that was no joke baby corn and I couldn’t take it

i buy designer and then the best clone for niche. suits me perfectly
Bro I purchased Red Tobacco and since I have been sidelined from my family. 😢
One of these days we're going to see one of these fragrances be unalived
Oh hey 👋
München!
O I was a designer bro but these days I’m a club de nute intense man!
Please don't throw Red Tobacco around like that. If you break it it'll be a proper 🧨💥
Nishane is Not cheap in Germany . ITS Not a easy to get used to nish parfum.
Amouage Interlude, Interlude Black Iris, Overture, Journey, Epic, Beach Hut, PDM Carlisle 🔥 🤌🏼😆
Can i have your bottle of Amouage Jubilation please?
not a great list imo
How can I block this dude. Give it up man. The days are gone
I wouldn't mind watching a video of 8 niche fragrances that smell similar to Aventus. 😅
I'm done with it 😴😴😴
😄
Who cares if they love these niches scents since more than 90% of your content targets their interests?
Vintage Parfums has more than 20 Aventus clones by themselves 😂
At least get the name right! 😅
Oops. Parfums Vintage....big difference 😝
@@SmellsAddicted Hahah. I have a few fragrances from them. Expensive but so good! 😁
So do I. They really like pineapple.
@@SmellsAddicted I have Pineapple Vintage Intense VI and it's a freakin,' pineapple bomb, like...way too much. I kinda regret buying it

A lot of aspies in this community though 😂
@@_Solaris true.
Dont watch them then and go away
I watch em during my pre workout meal.
Let me have my videos
Detour noir stinks
Red Tobacco smells like those bugs that smash on your windshield in monsoon
