They came to Turkey, İstanbul for a concert. Just imagine a 21-year-old super-fan attending it. I was at the very front, singing along to Katie and it was amazing. At some point, she realized I was singing every single song they played and stared at me with a smirky smile. I was so happy, I started shouting while singing. I was also jumping and making some silly moves. At the end of the concert, she smashed her Ibanez making me scream. All things went, they never came again. But that night I still remember. What an amazing performance... Thank you The Ting Tings. Your concert was the only good thing that happened to me that year.

Their whole album is a throwback to this disco/funk sound, and most of it sticks. Glad to see them put out a totally cohesive album and I hope they don't stop making music - they better do it again!
I literally only knew The Ting Tings from "That's Not My Name", and I'm walking through a Target at 9 PM and this song comes on. I had to stop shopping and listen to the full thing. I've been listening to it non-stop since then. They were ahead of their time with a disco/80s throwback.

You know people like this really work hard to entertain us. And if this had've been any other entertainer/musician there would not be any dislikes. These people are doing a wonderful job. So on a scale of one to 10, of course I give them an 11. They have a unique style of sound and video. I cannot say enough of how much I adore these folks.
