You need at least one head break and to be nearly full hp before the big blast of the nova hits you. There are two ways to stay near full hp, you either pop a full heal with max pot or ancient pot before the big blast or if you’re already full hp, you can spam superman dive in the nova to avoid the fire ticks. If you only have one head break, you need at least 170+ hp to survive a p3 nova, so you would have to run at least health boost 2. If you don’t have health boost at all, it’s completely fine to run towards Fatalis and avoid the nova normally. If head was broken twice you can survive without health boost, but you need at least 140+ hp. Hope that helped :)
