Using extrusion melt impregnation process produce high performance thermoplastics Polyphenylene Sulfide（PPS）+continuous carbon fiber prepreg unidirectional tape（CFRTP UD-tape）；
1、Process temperature： 300 °C- 350 °C；
2、using fiber types: Thermoset carbon fiber or thermoplastic carbon fiber;
3、Use extruder model: single screw extruder or twin screw extruder；
4、PPS : Carbon fiber = 50% : 50%；
5、Can using plastic raw materials: PEEK/PPS/PC;
6、production product speed： 2-4 m / min；
7、Production product thickness: 0.2-0.25 mm,
8、Produce product width: 360mm/600 mm
