I spent time in El Salvador with Shelter Canada building homes for Salvadorans.. I fell in love with the Country and it's people and have made the choice to spend the rest of my retirement years there.. Finding freedom from years of Gang activity has to be such a huge blessing for all the wonderful people there..
As it happens, we also spent some time with Shelter recently. Stay tuned 😊

Sandy touched my heart !!! She's brave that's what I admire from her !! Soy salvadoreno ,from L.A. CA. My grandparents mother side use to live on those mountains where the now the man created lake is , according to my relatives, their house still exists because the water of the lake didn't covered the property,we can go on a boat and stay there for a while !!!
