Burbank home converted into haunted house

A Burbank family has converted their home into a haunted house so creepy, it's taken first prize in a local competition and people are flocking to the neighborhood to get a glimpse.

Is that even legal?? A haunted house is basically a business, I would look into the zoning. If it's approved this is got to be worse than the party Airbnb we all dread as neighbors.
