Which month was this? I went to Montenegro from Dubrovnik July last year and it took me 4-5 hrs just to cross thr border. I wonder if its a usual traffic jam or was an exception

Ma'am actually I have decided to come Germany as a student visa through ielts or pte..... My point is can I really paid well With study in Germany? As a part time job or a full time.... But maybe I got a full time job if I have done a specific qualifications or their own degree !!!! .....
