I cringe every time I hear people use unfluff. I'm not even sure how one spells it. It does not appear in Websters Dictionary. Is it supposed to be hyphenated like un-fluff? Is it actually two words, un and fluff? It's crazy! According to Webster, the definition of fluff is, '(1) to make (something) appear to be fuller or softer.' You are making your tree appear to be fuller. Therefore you are fluffing your tree. Don't let folks make you doubt yourself. You go girl!

Yes that’s what I did too … my tree is flocked and I bought a new green garland for our mantle … so I used my old flocked garland around the green one and it worked perfectly.. but now I’m in love with your huge garland ❤❤❤

Your tree is beyond magnificent. I’m not crazy about the top piece but it’s not my tree!! The extra lighting is really special. Your console table below the TV looks nice. I would turn one deer the other way so they’re opposite looking. You could also make the bottom shelves more holiday looking by putting some red and green decorations in them. Michelle- you HAVE to hear my 2020 tree fiasco!!! We got a live tree from Lowes. I noticed a few days before christmas a small tick near the tree on the ground by our back door. I figured the dogs brought it in. NO. The ticks were on the dang tree. I wanted to burn down the house! I couldn’t get rid of it bc christmas was 3 days away and i couldn’t break my kids hearts. Fake tree for us from now on!!! Lol

I LOVE CraftTex !! I have a Walmart flocked tree which is on its last leg. Went to JoAnns to get some garland for my TV like shown on the WADS! Very pretty. Your fire place turned out beautiful! If I can figure out how to send you a picture of my tree I will.
I do like the look of the final product . My issue is, the whole garland is covered 😂 so what’s the point on getting that garland if only a tip of it is showing? You could achieve the same result with a regular Christmas garland 🤷🏻♀️but I do appreciate the video

I fluff the tree too….never heard it called un-fluffing 🤷🏻♀️. We have a 10 foot and I do the top separate on the ground too. I hate ladders and do not even attempt to ask my husband to decorate the top😂. We were going to get a 12 foot (wish we had since the 10 foot looks small in our family room) but I knew I was going to have to decorate it…and fear of heights ya know. Growing up we had ones of those trees too, each row was letter labeled and took forever.
Hey Michelle, Happy Thursday. Since I’m currently living with my parents until me and my husband work our problems out. They have an artificial tree but I would love to have a snow flock tree when I get my own house again. ❤ I think the stockings look better in front of the bells because the way that you put the stockings you can still see the bells. ❤ I think either way you put the garland and the lights it will look good, it depends on the type of look you’re wanting to decorate with (whether you want simple or elegant). I do think that the reindeers on both sides gives it more of a elegant look if that’s what you’re going for. ❤ No I don’t have the viral home depot tree because I know if everyone is wanting it then there’s no way I will ever get my hands on it. 😂 I’m so happy for you that you were able to get your hands on the new viral Home Depot tree even though it was very hard for you at first. ❤ I think I’m fluffing the tree out because you’re making the tree branches puffy and full. To me unfluffing the tree means putting the branches up and putting it back into the box. Where can I find those beautiful lights that can make your Christmas tree look snowy even though you don’t have the new viral tree? ❤
I think it’s “fluff the tree”….I agree with you on that one 😂 And I have to say, your idea of fluffing each section separately and setting to the side seems SSSSOOOO much easier.
What an absolutely gorgeous and unique tree and garland Michelle!! I love the color scheme which is my color scheme but I can tell you mine will not look this beautiful. The chicken wire hack looks like it will definitely stand the test of time. Your garland and the way you made it looks so, so pretty and I definitely think it looks fine up against the flocked tree. That is one tall and big tree and you came up with a great idea to decorate it in pieces but I will say I got nervous when y’all were attaching the two together. You fluff it out. Unfluffing isn’t a word. And it if was, it would mean the absence of fluff. You want to restore the fluff. So you’re fluffing. Whoever commented that was so completely wrong. You were right the whole time. 😁

Beautifully decorated. I believe that if you didn't add a little more to your console that it would look strange (due to what you've done elsewhere). It doesn't need a lot.....just....perhaps thicker. Also would change out the lights, I totally agree with you there. You are so talented, what gorgeous decor.

Michelle: as someone who used to seek custom blinds and has had four kids, you should consider putting cord cleats on your windows for the blind cords. I know the blinds are behind the sofas, but the long cords can be dangerous if the kids play with them or get tangled. Not saying it’s going to happen, but better to be safe than sorry. Most people don’t know what cord cleats are, or that they can install them. ❤
What about putting your couch facing the windows and putting the tree in the middle of the windows? It would give you more room for the tree. Just a thought….. 🎄🎁

I have the old tree that you add each branch. It takes forever but is so beautiful! We also do a real tree. I bought the cluster lights off your channel last year (3 strands). They are pricey, but SO beautiful! Thanks for the recommendation.

I say you fluff the tree out. I don't have a flocked tree. I just have the green tree with the white mini lights. Last year I did what you do and fluffed the top part of my tree before putting it on top. My tree only has 3 sections and is only I think 6 feet or 6 1/2 feet but I don't like the up and down on the ladder so I do it your way now which is much easier
Hey girly! Stunning as usual! I kinda think the tree skirt needs to be red for the sake of balance. 🤔 you could use your red throw blanket to see how it looks. And then maybe some red pillows and coffee table decor. The tree is so intense w color, and the rest of the room is white. If you don't own it already ignore me! Lol!
Actually I still have a true like that , 1 branch at a time . I was going to buy a new tree but in about 4 years probably be living in an RV and the other months in The Azores where we have a house, so my tree will have to do cause I do decorate it differently every year

I fluff the tree too….never heard it called un-fluffing 🤷🏻♀️. We have a 10 foot and I do the top separate on the ground too. I hate ladders and do not even attempt to ask my husband to decorate the top😂. We were going to get a 12 foot (wish we had since the 10 foot looks small in our family room) but I knew I was going to have to decorate it…and fear of heights ya know. Growing up we had ones of those trees too, each row was letter labeled and took forever.

Hey Michelle, Happy Thursday. Since I’m currently living with my parents until me and my husband work our problems out. They have an artificial tree but I would love to have a snow flock tree when I get my own house again. ❤ I think the stockings look better in front of the bells because the way that you put the stockings you can still see the bells. ❤ I think either way you put the garland and the lights it will look good, it depends on the type of look you’re wanting to decorate with (whether you want simple or elegant). I do think that the reindeers on both sides gives it more of a elegant look if that’s what you’re going for. ❤ No I don’t have the viral home depot tree because I know if everyone is wanting it then there’s no way I will ever get my hands on it. 😂 I’m so happy for you that you were able to get your hands on the new viral Home Depot tree even though it was very hard for you at first. ❤ I think I’m fluffing the tree out because you’re making the tree branches puffy and full. To me unfluffing the tree means putting the branches up and putting it back into the box. Where can I find those beautiful lights that can make your Christmas tree look snowy even though you don’t have the new viral tree? ❤

I think it’s “fluff the tree”….I agree with you on that one 😂 And I have to say, your idea of fluffing each section separately and setting to the side seems SSSSOOOO much easier.
What an absolutely gorgeous and unique tree and garland Michelle!! I love the color scheme which is my color scheme but I can tell you mine will not look this beautiful. The chicken wire hack looks like it will definitely stand the test of time. Your garland and the way you made it looks so, so pretty and I definitely think it looks fine up against the flocked tree. That is one tall and big tree and you came up with a great idea to decorate it in pieces but I will say I got nervous when y’all were attaching the two together. You fluff it out. Unfluffing isn’t a word. And it if was, it would mean the absence of fluff. You want to restore the fluff. So you’re fluffing. Whoever commented that was so completely wrong. You were right the whole time. 😁

Beautifully decorated. I believe that if you didn't add a little more to your console that it would look strange (due to what you've done elsewhere). It doesn't need a lot.....just....perhaps thicker. Also would change out the lights, I totally agree with you there. You are so talented, what gorgeous decor.

Unfluffing doesn’t even make sense! It’s not fluffy when it’s crammed into the bag or box for a year! Lol You set it up then fluff it up! 🤪
Michelle: as someone who used to seek custom blinds and has had four kids, you should consider putting cord cleats on your windows for the blind cords. I know the blinds are behind the sofas, but the long cords can be dangerous if the kids play with them or get tangled. Not saying it’s going to happen, but better to be safe than sorry. Most people don’t know what cord cleats are, or that they can install them. ❤
What about putting your couch facing the windows and putting the tree in the middle of the windows? It would give you more room for the tree. Just a thought….. 🎄🎁

I have the old tree that you add each branch. It takes forever but is so beautiful! We also do a real tree. I bought the cluster lights off your channel last year (3 strands). They are pricey, but SO beautiful! Thanks for the recommendation.
I've never ever heard the term "unfluffing" your tree...only "fluff" and that's the term designers use also. You were correct!

I say you fluff the tree out. I don't have a flocked tree. I just have the green tree with the white mini lights. Last year I did what you do and fluffed the top part of my tree before putting it on top. My tree only has 3 sections and is only I think 6 feet or 6 1/2 feet but I don't like the up and down on the ladder so I do it your way now which is much easier
I have a flocked tree, and really want to get it put up, but we are currently moving so everything is packed. What a bad time to move.
Hey girly! Stunning as usual! I kinda think the tree skirt needs to be red for the sake of balance. 🤔 you could use your red throw blanket to see how it looks. And then maybe some red pillows and coffee table decor. The tree is so intense w color, and the rest of the room is white. If you don't own it already ignore me! Lol!

I got lucky. My home depot sold me the floor model on Nov 11. I only tried the one store cause I wasn't driving everywhere to find one.
Actually I still have a true like that , 1 branch at a time . I was going to buy a new tree but in about 4 years probably be living in an RV and the other months in The Azores where we have a house, so my tree will have to do cause I do decorate it differently every year
