Man, my town needs one of these. They use a small Ford tractor so getting around the park fountain is hard, and they leave about 3" of snow on the sidewalks cause they dont let the blade down all the way.
The broom attachment is the way to go...you want clear sidewalks, you've got em. Plows just move snow but the broom clears the sidewalk down to pavement.
@turfguy87 I checked with a Ventrac dealer that also sells Steiner, and this is what they said, "We have put the Ventrac blower on 230"s with chains or turf trax tires." In the future if you ever wanted upgrade to a 4x4, then you would already have the snowblower!
@Dorisequador The cabs are heated... There is a cup holder... and I've seen people rig up DVD players and radios (there is a 12v plug option). No air conditioning though... although the cab does come off for summer operation.
Prices vary based on the model, engine, attachments and accessories. For the most up to date pricing we recommend contacting your nearest dealer as all sales and service are done through our dealer network. You can find your nearest dealer on our dealer locator at Ventrac dot com slash locator
I wish this or something much smaller was available years ago in the UK for troubling "Events". I notice there is never any mention of the initial cost and or the price of each impliment either. I am not in the markjet for one of these now but if your product is so good then surely you would be proud to say, this does this at such and such a cost?
@Dorisequador u dont need beer u can put a fan for hot summer days and a lil heat thing for winter days u can use an ipod instead of a sterio u can get a portable dvd player for music for lunch brakes but if u want beer u can get a holder and attach it to the cab but if u drink the beer ull get drunk and wrech ur tractor and watever u crashed into so no beer
you guys should come up to canada lmao, your gonna have to make this little thing a lottttt more heavy duty though that looks like my snowblower ahahah
I know a 4wd is better suited, but can you use the snowblower with a 2wd, like a steiner 220/230? I wouls put some added weight & aggressive tires on it as well
yeah wich there partnered with kubota using kubotas reliable gas and diesel engines plus factory cab option with heat and aircondtion wich cost extra for the features wich well worth money spend plus alot cheaper then paying $140,000on a holder C992
thats the price here in canada is $25,000 with factory cab and $16,000 openstation wich is alot cheaper then a $140,000 holder C992 plus vebntrac is partnered with kubota
Why do they call a major snowfall an event? When I think of an even, I think of going to see a play or a movie. Just call it what it is, a snowfall....
Chrisd5341 , no way I've moved 17" of snow over a 20 acre property in a couple of hours, this machine can do it all, and you can put the snow where you want it.
jlb197736 , you may want to look into a used one at first. It is worth it though considering it's all American made and when you see the quality of the materials and workmanship and ultimately the way it works so well.

3400 is not too small. It is perfect for standard 48" sidewalks. If anything, it is too large.
We have 3 tire options: all-terrain, bar and turf. "Bar tires" may be what you are asking about.

Broom is good plow sucks machine too small

Should NOT be blowing the snow out in the street. Many locations have laws against that!
Made in America :)
I like it but that plow looks flimsy as a sheet of paper. Plus, plows just don't work on a small machine like that.
I laughed when he said quality
Skywalker Productions inn
2 words snow mobile
fines, not finds.
The Cab is way to small! Not Comfortable.
One problem
Price tag is HUGE
to bad you have to have lots of money to buy one unless you want to financing for the same price as a small car
