Many thousands of original DVDs of this fantastic series have been sold. Then the translation is also good (unlike this copy). By the way, I had the pleasure of being with Monsen on a 3-day packraft trip this summer, here in Norway (in a group with 9 others). Experience for life!
That is for sure, Kira 👍In fact, I had the pleasure of being with Monsen on a 3-day packraft trip this summer, here in Norway (in a group with 9 others). Experience for life!
You're very brave and good man... if you'd stayed in the camp you'd been eaten you or your dogs during the night, it is good that you left this place without shooting bears .You shouldn't kill them unless you have to.That is their home. Thx for that..!
Tonchy Shultz he Actually went back to kill it the next day, because the bear might be dangerous to other hikers, but the bear was long gone. Or was it?
That's true, but after all he wasn't in a static camp, besides I think the rotting corpse of the bear would have attracted other bears and animals, even more than the fish did. And I couldn't agree more about this amazing patience and nerves of steel, I don't think that there are many people out there who would be as considerate and patient as Lars is when it comes to the environment and the animals.
+AC .Bushcraft Thanks A I haven't caught any types of trout just seen them in cooked form. I doubt the fact of it being a rainbow due to it color of being all brown but couldn't argue the fact since I never seen one in person
Nachtrag: hätt ich gleich gesehen, dass du aus Deutschland kommst hätt ich nicht versucht so spät abends noch was auf englisch zu schreiben :D Grüße aus dem kalten Wien!
A norwegian hero, hiking across Canada and shaming a bear in english. Majestic!
This guy is a legend, Lars Monsen is like an animal in the woods
Has "the legend" ever discovered new amethyst or silver mines? Nope...but I have.
FeldwebelWolfenstool don’t be like that
Greetings from Finland. Lars is my favorite celebrity
This guy is my new hero...

Cuz they're Canadian Bears (speaking French works too lol)! When in Canada . . .

Addressing to black bear in camp (6th minute of clip) , in English, because English is official language in his country? ;-)
In Norway we learn English as second language in School, ......
inge buvik That has nothing to do with his comment
Mhm, he’s talking about the bear’s country. The bear being «he».
You shouldn't kill anything unless you have to.
