Love this video bro. I wanna start an agency that Films and edits fast paced instagram reels for businessses. That type of content is SUPER IN right now, and everyone keeps saying to do a Facebook Ad Agency, but if I am already very skilled in editing and filming, why would I switch? hahha.

What are your thoughts on unlimited monthly graphics/videos vs a per-project pricing model?

Per project is better because if you want to scale you need to know your teams bandwidth and how much money is coming in consistently. Per project is also better if you want a quality vs quantity approach. Continually improve your offering and price it accordingly.
