Bottom Arts creator and selected student for Top Arts, Elliot Broome tells the story behind his idea. Elliot's exhibition spawned from Top Arts 2022 and the thought of those artworks that were missing.
The exhibition of rejects or Salon des Refusés in a similar way created an exhibition of those rejected from the standard or criteria of artwork at the time. Where famous artists used this to challenge the refusal of their work. Elliot provides a space for those who missed out on Top Arts.
