In all your videos of for sale properties, it would help a potential buyer or investor for you to specify: 1) square footage of each room - living, dining, kitchen and bedrooms. 2) are there aircons in each room ?? What type in each room? 4) show the bathrooms in detail. Is there water heater? Separate shower ? 5) measurements of each room is very important so the buyer can estimate how small or how big the house is. Thank you. I hope you don’t leave out these details on every property you are showcasing. 6) how long has property been in the market ? This is usually an indication of how attractive ir competitive the asking price is. Thank you
