Going to this in 2 weeks - hopefully not too spooky for little kids - didn't know it existed until seeing your video!

Just saw your comment. It is not scary at all. The little ones should enjoy all of the displays! Let me know what you thought!

It is a great, non -scary Halloween event that really captures the feel of the season!

what is the difference in this and Magic of the Jack-o-Lanterns? Yet to get an understanding, both events look practically the same, so I'm stumped on which one to go to? I bought tickets for the "Magic of the Jack-o-Lanterns" but I'm wondering if I should try to attend both?

Seems like all of the Halloween Haunts are around the LA area! That place looks cool as well! 😀

So many events to cover now! This wasn't a haunt per se, more of a large scale display.

Which do you think is better? This one or Magic of the Jack o lanterns in LA?

The events are pretty comparable. The Calabasas location is a bit more spread out and the location is a bit more remote. Calabasas also has more food/drink options and more photo ops. I am closer to Calabasas, so if I were to visit again this season, I would chose the location closer to me!

A good family friendly event and bars for the adults

Yes! It's a nice break from the haunted houses and scary stuff!

They didn’t give you a hard time for filming at the event? On the faq’s it says no professional recording devices & digital equipment. I wanted to film there but thought I’d ask to save time and money. Thank you!

No issues at all. I think they mean professional photo shoots or filming for commercial purposes. I used my phone for this event. My camera doesn't like the LED lights.

This look cool but Carved one seems better what do you think

I'm so sorry for the delay in responding. Carved to me seems more "adult," (maybe upscale is a better word)... even though it is a family event. Hard to describe... maybe a bit more upscale. On the flip side, it took longer to walk through Nights of the Jack and they too had a bar and food court. Did you attend one of the events. Let us know what you thought!

I think it was designed as more of a family friendly stroll through the park. I love HHN and Scary Farm, but this is a nice alternative for families or a date night!
