Not sure if anyone will ever see this but at my work we use these to install about 18,000 aluminum rivets per day. The tools are constantly breaking and I have spent a ton of time taking them apart in order to fix them.
If your tool isn't working properly here are some things you should try to fix it:
    1) Almost all problems with the tool are caused by a lack of hydraulic oil in the oil circuit. To input oil properly make sure the air hose is attached to fully open the chamber and put the tool on its side. Take off the oil cap with a 5mm allen wrench and fill with oil. After you do this put your finger over the hole and tilt the tool back and forth to help get air bubbles out. Then put the cap back on and press and hold the trigger 3 or 4 times. After doing this take the oil cap back off again and put even more oil in. Repeat this process until the oil stays at the same level after pressing the trigger. If you don't do this the tool might not actually be filled with oil and will not work properly.
    2) The nose of the tool can come loose easily or become stuck. You can see the manual for more instructions but for starters this is a super easy area to check before diving deeper into the tool.
    3) Inside the manostat/pressure adjustor at the very back there is a blue U-seal with a metal pin in it. If this blue seal is not pushed entirely in then the tool will not work properly. When this happens the tool will sometimes let out periodic bursts of air instead of unscrewing after pulling the trigger.
I plan on making a youtube video explaining all this stuff eventually. But for now if anyone needs help troubleshooting drop a reply on this comment and if I see it I'll type out an explanation. I also made a big troubleshooting guide with diagrams of the interiors of these tools.
Also one last thing: there is a troubleshooting guide pdf for these tools on the internet. Its different than the manual they give with the tool and it may be useful to people.
