Managed to replace the pads. Problem is the screen does not recognise the status change and will not go past "Ink pad is past end of life - contact Epson". How might I reset this ?? (before the printer goes in the bin)
Replacing the pads is part one of the process. You do still need to reset the waste ink counters to clear the waste ink pad error which you can do using the WICReset app (with a key code). Any idea where to buy the new ink pads for the Artisan 835. Epson says they don't have any in stock.
