great film especially for researchers. I'm writing a book following my mother's life from 1916 and most of the family stories have be confirmed by this film. all my family (12 or them) worked for Ford in Cork, Detroit and Dagenham. most of them gave their whole life to the company enabling them to have quite an affuent life. most of them drove a new ford at discount cost. My father worked in the foundry in Dagenham and in Basildon. He transfered back to Cork and always said the Cork plant was lazy and full of workers reading the newspapers on the loo. No wonder Ford pulled out.

Yes ford was good to Cork however Cork wasn’t good to ford☹️

interesting comment. I grew up in Cork and never really knew about Ford's history in the City. Will have to read up about it.
