Even in some of the comments below people are speculating that it is IVF etc. firstly twin pregnancies are not always due to IVF. Genes of the mother determine twins or multiple pregnancies whereas genes of the father determine the sex of the baby.
Regardless of whether someone conceived naturally or through assisted methods let’s not judge them. Nothing is superior or inferior
