  • SB Chad explains Chon-Ji step by step, the first form in the ITF set of Chang-Hon forms for Tae Kwon Do. Chon-Ji means heaven and earth, is 19 steps and is in the shape of a "plus." It is the required form for senior yellow belt in our school (dojang).

    Excellent! The basics here where "center" is concerned is the same for any athletic based stance. Skiing, basketball, soccer, hockey...you name it. He gets off his "centerline" a few times but he is also teaching and talking! I wouldn't mess with him but this is a perfect description and it's nice to see online!
