Я поставил эту карту, но как её запустить я пишу в консоле /spdevmap airbase, но на карте я появляюсь без оружия

вбейте \spdevmap greenforest, все что вы соберете на этой карте будет на airbase. Эти уровни идут друг за другом.

How is 720 "extreme quality"?

"Quality" according not to screen size, but on graphic tehnicues what injected in to the game by wrapper: anisotropic texture filtering, full-screen antialiasing (MSAA), screen-space emboss bump-mapping, screen-space ambient occlusion, bloom, depth of field (disabled on the video) plus shaders presets. All this FX and tehlogies absent in vanilla game. 720p is just my monitor at the time of this video recording. And in general, the size of the screen is not an indicator of quality, record a video of a vanilla game in 8k, it will not make it better without this modern effects.
