Hey Mariusz! I lived in Senegal for 18 years so I can answer this question. The song is in sareer, but it is hard to determine who the people are. I'm not sure who the band is. You have to be careful, Dakar (the capitol) is not wasteful, and actually just opened a few KFCs in the city. Some of the pictures you see that are wasteful are from out of Dakar mostly. Lots of the old buildings you see (especially in Dakar) are repurposed buildings from French Colonial times. The first picture you see from the first slide though was taken in Saint-Louie, where I lived. There is a mixture of French and Portuguese Architecture from colonial times. I know I gave more information then what you bargained for, but I have been missing Senegal lately. Have a nice day, et que Dieux vouz bénisse.
