Maybe you should try putting some benches outside the farms to help speed up the work cause it takes a lot of time away from working if the staff have to walk all the way home and back whenever they want to have a rest. I also noticed that there are houses that show the water icon every now and then so building some more wells might be good idea especially near the row houses cause 1 row house hold the resident equivalent of 4 normal houses
Hey! Thanks for your comment! You are totally true about more wells. Really need that lol. Row houses have such big demand, specially the 3 story ones.
About the benches. That won't work unfortunately. The order of stuff they do is: Work, go home, eat/buy stuff, take a rest and then go back to work. So the rest part always comes after going home and doing stuff. So benches at workplaces don't really work, wish it did though!
@PatmosIV fair enough, i knew they went home to eat but also thought they went home when they wanted to rest if no benches were near so thanks for the info
In the beginning they would actually just pick a random bench somewhere on the map to rest. Making them take long trips sometimes. That is now limited to a certain area around their house. So placing lots of benches close to the houses does help them find a resting spot quickly!

what to do with pigs? slaughterhouse not working
If you r slaughterhouse is not working that could be a little bug, or you have to many animals to be slaughtered so there is a qeue, or the slaughterhouse is full and can't process more stuff.
Pigs are a very food intensive animal to have though, so if you can't slaughter them, best thing is to let them starve and dont bother with pigs anymore. I rarely get pigs in a game anyways because they eat so much food and produce only so little. All other animals are way cheaper in terms of what you have to give them and what you get from them in return!
@@PatmosIV no cart nearby to deliver apig that's what the slaughterhouse tells me
@@MsNitro187 Ah ok. Workers need a cart to deliver adult pigs. So make sure you have enough carts (the carts from the cartshed don't work) So make sure you build a cartparking with carts close to the slaughterhouse and/or the pigsty so workers can get those carts to deliver pigs (pigs are the only animals that need a cart to be transported to the slaughterhouse)
@@PatmosIV working :) what does on fame mean OX? and how make glaze?
@@MsNitro187 An OX is used to pull plows on the farm or help in the Saltworks. Its basically a castrated bull. Otherwise they have no use in the cowshed. And you cant make glaze yet.. Its recently added to the game and will get expanded later on.
