This seems to be a kinder, gentler, more-forgiving Ben.

I was very resistant to the idea of buying a Spinnaker but the Fleuss GMT caught my attention. I bought the Moonlight White one and I am shocked to say that I love it. It is probably the largest watch in my collection as I prefer smaller watches, but I truly, truly love it. Especially at the 25% off MSRP. An incredible deal!

I have a love hate relationship with Spinnaker. Their watches are interesting, they do have issues with finishing but my biggest issue with them is that they make large watches. I have the similar issues with Citizen. Cool designs but most always too big for my tastes. Appreciate this quick overview Ben.

I love my Spinnaker Fleuss Oxblood and have no issues with the finishing. The only thing that bothers me is the single domed sapphire crystal, which makes the dial appear "cloudy" at certain angles. A double-domed one would have made more sense here. The size doesn't bother me that much, it's just about right for my wrist. But I can imagine that it is too big for many people.
And I would like a Hi-Beat Miyota, but I'm fine with the NH35.

I believe they have fantastic finishing at this price range. Though a miyota movwment would be better imo.

I have a Spinnaker Fleuss oxblood red which has a window on the rear so you can see the movement. My wrist is not big but the watch fits good. Love it. Don´t need a GMT and love the comfort of a leather strap. It is half of the price of this GMT and probably half of its weight.

I like it, I have a smaller wrist too but sometimes bigger watches give a presence - I have a 45mm Seiko Solar sumo and its BIG... but I love it. That looks a very decent watch for the price, GMT's are my favorite complication (most useful for me at least). Thanks for the review

I like it but whenever I see the large numerals at the 12,6, & 9, I want to see the "3" as well - with the date window at 4:30. I also do watch reviews (peppered in with all the other things I do) on my channel and would be thrilled if a watch company sent me something that cool... With a 7-5/8" wrist I prefer diver style watches... Good job!

The size is tricky but the design is just beautiful

I just bought the BRADNER GMT SP-5121-BB model.
+ The dial color, the 3D appearance of the indices, the date frame that is not even found on most luxury brand watches looks great. The box and the extra strap that comes with it are very good.
    - The case weight is very heavy, I want to remove it after a long time, the bracelet is also very light, its appearance is of good quality but I could not understand why it is so light despite being made of steel. Also, the clip is very loose on me, unfortunately it seems like it will open by itself. I think the case weight is due to the thickness of the watch, but I think it was made in order to provide this beauty.
As a result, it is very beautiful except for the clip, I definitely recommend it. It is a visual feast to look at it ...

Shouldn't the test device display a Mohs hardness of at least 9 if it is sapphire?

I have a couple of Spinnakers and I like both very much but the weak point is the clasp.

Not quite a diver he says cause its ONLY 150M. Yeah cause I'm sure he and the rest of regularly go 450 feet under water lol. If that cant handle a pool well then I don't know what to say. lol. I like my fluess but never really wore it so I just recently sold it. Still wear my Dumas thought quit a bit. Nice watch.

I got a fluess a for about 200 euro after customs and i think for the price it was decent, it is however the only watch in my collection i would want to sell, i think there are better options for that price and while i have no issues with it and think it is a good watch it just seems a bit lackluster. Everything is just fine, dial is interesting but seems cheap, the caseback protrudes more than i would like, the bezel looks good but the slim coin edge makes it hard to turn accurately. The nh35 is a great movement for the price point but i have a few watches with that movement. There is no real complaints just niggles but there is nothing it really offers that offsets those niggles.

Ben is acting as if he's never heard of the Spinnaker brand. I don't know what he didn't like about the previous one but really a Spinnaker. And I remember his complaints about the Sterling original something about the pricing. He's obviously only gone to that site once the prices are not that low and then I get pretty high especially on the Swiss pieces. I haven't seen the end of the review but I'm sure you'll say that it's too big for his wrist

Looks like a homage to a San Martin original design, as SM have taken so much flack for being a 'Chinese copy brand' does this now confirm that SM have upped their game?
