I would buy that anyday over anything made by vear. The couple vear watches I have handled are pure crap in my opinion compared to addise dive. Vear buys their parts from china more than likely from allie express and puts it together in the usa and think they made something special. They are a joke of a brand with fugly watches that no real watch enthusiasts would consider buying.

I'm a bit confused why you think that's sapphire. For it to be sapphire, it would need to register at least 8 on that Diamond Selector pen. 5-7 is mineral crystal and <5 is acrylic (basically plastic).

As others have said, the Vaer wasn’t original, its base on an Omega Seamaster. I’ve had a version of this Addiesdive for about 3 years which came on leather and a very nicely finished case. It runs beautifully. The lume is amazing and the quality overall is excellent. I think I paid £65 or thereabouts.

It's a case.. When it comes to copying, that is the least offensive thing to copy. And even as a Vaer lover, owning 5 of them, their case copies Omega.

Lol, he's comparing the Vaer to the Chinese watch...i just looked up the Vaer...its expensive in comparison. It costs $550 while the Chinese watch can be had for $60 USD. Of course it's not going to beat the Vaer but is the Vaer $450 better? No way. I'd still save up for the Vaer though. It looks really nice and it looks like a ton of work was put into that design. The Vaer is now on my radar should I not be able to get the watch I want from Wise.

If when you say 'miracle watch', you mean 'probably made in a factory where conditions are so poor and workers are paid so little that you would be mortified if any of your friends or family worked there', than yeah, it's a miracle watch. I wouldn't touch this with a barge pole.

My watch was purchased 2 years ago from AMZWATCH and, to this day, it still looks and runs as well as it did the day it arrived. That movement has never missed a beat despite never having been serviced. I can't complain about that.
