OMG everything looks delicious. I used to have neighbors in front of me who were from Trinidad seems like every weekend there was a party at someone house. I was always invited to go. And yes the food was delicious. Everyone was always very friendly. I also had a customer he was from Jamaica in the summer when it was hot he would bring me a big glass of carrot juice. He also made curry chicken, so good. He wanted to take me to Jamaica he would ask when are we going. I said to him oh that would be so much fun since you are from there. I said we are going to have a blast me you and your wife. He would say no just me and you. I never went. I really enjoyed your video it's nice to see family together cooking and creating good memories and good food Happy holidays

I'm going to make some of the curry mango and pumpkin. I'm already a curry chicken queen. I purchased that round cast iron a goodwill and I didn't know what is was for, but I know it was something special so I was using it to warm soft taco. The Chinese use those wooden utensils too, I saw a chef name Simple Ming use them before. Thanks for sharing and Happy New Year to you and your family.

I know, Lil China. My husband, Sam, actually seasoned and marinated the meat the night before, and had already added salt in it. I just didn't want them to go overboard with adding more salt because I don't like salty foods. Lol! It was perfect though and I truly appreciated them doing this. I grew up on Trinidadian cuisines because my dad is Trinidadian and was the primary cook in the house. So, as long as it isn't over-salted, I love it!!! Many blessings to you in the new year!
