Posession is still a tricky subject. BBA has dates of 2024 although after that we know OC will take another 3-4 months but if its 2025 it will be a little late then the committed date by the builder. I am referring to A1/2/3 towers.
@@yuktasingh986 yeah now the year is coming as 2025. But still we have all the right to question the builder based on BBA. However what impact it will have is still not known.
Is it I have a flat in the same society. Even the modular kitchen was not offered by the builder even at an additional cost. Forget about the vanity, chandeliers etc. Wooden flooring the builder is providing in all 3 rooms that's confirmed though.
Sir the interior designer who did all this gave us an option for designing the same and at an additional cost I never mentioned the builder is providing all this

Sir there is an option of buying same as sample flat so that's why i showed all the furniture installed
