Correction section!! Sorry, my brain melted slightly and I accidentally said an oboe is single reed; it is in fact DOUBLE. Thanks to John for catching this one 🙏
I really liked the idea of creating your own 'prompt' tables in the exam such as the order of the sharps and flats and the different chord structures - taking a logical approach like this helps to avoid errors caused by deliberate 'elephant traps' in the questions and means you don't have to carry everything in your head, avoiding the 'overload' that sometimes happens under exam stress!
For Q 7.2, should the answer be that the highest note is indeed note E. That's because the piano plays an E in treble clef in bar 1. ie Answer should be true.
Sorry to be a pain but is it possible next time to superimpose your video without blocking the question wording so that student can have a look and pause the video to answer? We do appreciate the effort you have put into this video. A hundred thank yous.

At 36:22, why is it A minor? Could it not be E minor natural scale which is also got an F#?

At 1:04:27, it should be True, the highest note is an E (right hand piano part in bar 1)
THIS IS SO SO UNDERRATED, THIS HELPED ME SO MUCH TYSM ❤❤
Love this. Thanks!
I did mine back in 2017 and it's truly different...
We had to compose an 8 bar melody!
Yes it's so different from when I did it. We used to have to compose a melody and score a choir for SATB
@@JamesBPartridge Mine was the last sitting of the old spec
At 49:44, the bottom note is an A, not an F.
I thought the oboe used a double reed like the bassoon and the clarinet a single reed?
Im year 5
