If I'm not mistaken, this is Sakura!Rhajat, so she has shrine maiden as her heart seal class. Since onmyoji is shared by both diviner and shrine maiden, the game will give the shrine maiden skills when Rhajat levels up as an onmyoji (which is done automatically by the offspring seal).
