- Hello everyone! I haven't sleep trained my baby yet. But by following a simple flexible consistent routine and implementing some basic ways and methods, my baby has been sleeping uninterruptedly for 12 hours from 3 months. Curious to know how, watch this video! Lots of love :)

Hi Roohi, I loved your video , I have done exactly the same for my child. He's almost 3 now ...but from the day he was going my mom made sure I set a routine for him And I still follow a very strict routine come hail come storm.
My mom did that for us 32 years Back as well and we slept from 8-8 too... having said that people make a lot of fun of me saying I treat my son like a machine and do the same thing at the same time with him everyday...but to be honest who cares...its helped me n my son grow and like you said If they exactly know their routine and they don't have any surprises it helps them grow better.
My son is a happy healthy baby thanks to enough rest he gets during the day ...and I totally totally agree..
